One Time Reality TV Workshops are designed to give students an intensive training experience in one three-hour information packed session. This intensive covers a great deal of material in a short period of time and will best prepare you for the challenges and surprises that all Reality TV participants face. These workshops are broken down into 3 sections:

Section 1. On Set Training: Students will become more confident by trusting their own style and instincts, through intensive exercises that further explore: developing a trust of your originality, your life stories, and experiences, dealing with diverse and extreme personalities in close quarters, hard and fast techniques to improve facing the negative and turning it into a positive. Students focus on relaxation, quick thinking and confidence. We will also discuss techniques on how to make the camera work for you once you are on set and further explore: blocking, staging, wardrobe details and personally tailoring your look to your advantage.

Section 2. Teachers relate experiences and best practices for you and your best chances to get cast. Through a series of "mini- master classes", they give a thorough understanding of the role of director, producer and staff so you can create a strong presence and positive relationships on set. "The focus is on captivating TV audience, how to best deal with fellow reality show castmates, and the unexpected surprises and challenges faced on the show. All of this is put to the test in the hyperbolic casting session known as "on the grill with Phil" where the heat is turned up and students are either flipped from the grill... or well done.

Section 3. Media Training and Press Conference: Invited guests speak about the experience on shows, on set and on location. There will be ample time for q and a as well as an informal networking mixer for a more intimate connection with the Reality veterans. Past guests include cast members from: Survivor, Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Amazing Race, I Want to Work for Diddy", The Bachelor, The Apprentice, G's to Gents, Glam Gods, I Love New York, A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila, Survivor and more.
